For consumer orders:

• Furniture of America facilitates the transaction but is not the servicing retailer

All Site content (text, imagery, design, and branding) is owned by Furniture of America or its partners. Use of our content without written permission is not allowed.

We may reference or link to third-party content. We are not responsible for its accuracy or practices.

This Site and its content are provided “as is.”

We do not guarantee:

• That the Site will always be error-free or uninterrupted
• That product information is perfectly exact in all cases

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Furniture of America is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to:

• Product use or performance
• Delays, errors, or interruptions

The following applies to authorized dealers and business accounts.

Dealer accounts are approved and maintained at our discretion.

• Accounts must remain in good standing
• Product access may vary by account type
• Access may be updated or revoked at any time

Products may be categorized into tiers such as Tier 1, Tier 2, Exclusive, Premier, etc.

• Access to certain products may be restricted
• Dealer pricing is confidential and not for public display

Where applicable, dealers agree to follow our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy.

• Products may not be advertised below MAP
• Violations may result in account action

Dealer orders follow agreed payment terms.

• Orders may require approval or prepayment
• Late payments may affect account status or fulfillment
• Orders may be held or canceled at our discretion

Inventory may vary by location.

• Orders may ship from different warehouses
• Transfers may extend timelines
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed

Dealers participating in consumer order fulfillment agree to:

• Support assigned customers with delivery and service
• Maintain service quality aligned with brand expectations
• Accept that assignments may be based on location and internal criteria

Furniture of America facilitates the transaction but does not act as the servicing retailer.

Dealers are expected to represent products accurately.

• Do not alter official images or descriptions without approval
• Do not misrepresent product features, availability, or origin

Access to FOA Premier is limited to approved dealers.

• Additional requirements may apply
• Access may change at any time
• Some items may require special handling due to materials and construction

Dealer accounts may be suspended or terminated for:

• Policy violations
• Misuse of the Site or brand
• Outstanding balances

Dealers operate independently. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership or agency relationship.
